工业心理学国家专业实验室

THE NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL LABORATORY OF INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGY

         工业心理学国家专业实验室于1989年经国家计委与国家教委联合批准正式成立，是我国心理学领域首个国家级实验室。自成立以来，实验室培养了大批卓越人才，为国家国防建设和经济发展作出了突出贡献。进入新时代，实验室紧密对接国家重大战略需求，先后与中国航天员科研训练中心、沈阳飞机工业有限公司、华为等重点单位开展深入合作。在“人-智能体”协同交互机制、面向载人航天等复杂人机紧耦合系统的人因工程、自动驾驶汽车及新型战机座舱的人因设计等领域取得了系列重要研究成果。同时，实验室积极融合认知与脑科学、心理行为大数据、人工智能、积极成长与老龄化、社会心理服务等多学科理论与技术，不断推动工业心理学在智能时代的创新与发展，持续发挥国家级实验室的引领和示范作用。

As the first national laboratory in the field of psychology in China,the National Professional Laboratory of Industrial Psychology was established in1989 with the joint approval of the State Planning Commission and the State Education Commission.Since its founding,the laboratory has cultivated numerous outstanding talents,and has made significant contributions to both national defense and economic development.In the new era,the laboratory closely aligns its research with major national strategic priorities and has established close collaborations with leading institutions such as the China Astronaut Research and Training Center,Shenyang Aircraft Corporation,and Huawei Corporation.It has achieved important advances in areas such as human-intelligent agent collaborative interaction mechanisms,human factors engineering for tightly coupled man-machine systems in crewed spacefight,and human factors design for autonomous vehicles and next-generation fighter aircraft cockpits.In addition,the laboratory actively integrates multidisciplinary theories and technologies spanning cognitive and brain sciences,psychological and behavioral big data,artificial intelligence,positive development and aging,and social psychological services.Through these efforts,it continues to advance innovation and development in industrial psychology in the age of intelligence,while maintaining its leading role as a national laboratory.
