Title:                Neurophysiologist (EEG Technician)
 
Department:           NeuroLab Operations
 
Reports to:             NeuroLab Director
 
Job Summary (Describe primary job function):
 
Responsible for running studies/experiments, collecting EEG & physiological data, participate in experimental setup & validation, data validation and archival.
 
Summary of essential job functions (List key responsibilities of the job)
 
·         Responsible for all aspects of data collection including interacting with subjects as well as continuously monitoring the incoming data.
·         Collecting EEG & physiological data from human subjects viewing marketing material.
·         Participate in experimental setup & validation, data validation and archival.
 
 
Minimum requirements (State educational and job experience requirements)
 
·         Bachelor degree in Neuroscience, Bioengineering, Biology or Psychology.
·        Familiarity with EEG, GSR and eye-tracking data collection is a plus
·         Deep background in biological data collection with human subjects.
·         Experience in any of the research methodologies employed by NeuroFocus is a plus, including electrophysiology (EEG), eye tracking, and peripheral biometrics.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
 
Title: Audio Video Engineer
 
Department:    Lab Operations     
 
Reports to:       Director Lab Operations
 
Job Summary
 
Responsible for all audio-video preparation and conversion.
 
Summary of essential job functions
·        Responsible for all audio-video stimulus preparation and conversion, report graphics and template generation, video shoot/edit/production.
·        Responsible for the systems maintenance and troubleshooting including PCs, network connectivity, and audio-video equipment.
·        Required to assist in experiment scripting and coding.

Minimum requirements (State educational and job experience requirements)
 
·        BSEE or BSCS with emphasis on video encoding and base-band processing
·        Deep expertise in image processing and video processing tools and software including Adobe suite, Cyber link Suite, QuickTime, and Media Encoder.
·        Strong background in troubleshooting PC and audio/video equipment.
·        Strong background in Python, CGI and other scripting languages.
·        Experience in application development is a plus;
·        Minimum experience in a senior audio/video preparation/production role for over5 years

Title: Neuroscientist, Director NeuroLab Operations
 
Department: NeuroLab Operations
 
Reports to: General Manager / Global Director NeuroLab Operations
 
Job Summary (Describe primary job function)
 
Responsible for the management and quality assurance of the NeuroLab infrastructure and operations.
 
Summary of essential job functions (List key responsibilities of the job)
 
·        Responsible for running a human physiology lab employing electrophysiological, eye movements, and peripheral biometrics to analyze marketing material.
·        Direct lab personnel and interact with business leaders as part of your regular duties.
·        Duties will include eliciting client needs and objectives. Maintaining quality standards for protocol design, experiment design, subject recruiting, management of the data acquisition process, and review of analysis results.
·        In addition, you will also be responsible for the management and upkeep of the laboratory infrastructure.
·        Responsible for operating and maintaining the training and certification programs for the Dallas NeuroLab scientific teams.
·         Maintaining the repository of scientific protocols and applications.
·         Work with team of Neuroscientists and interact with business leaders to ascertain client needs/objectives, experimental design, protocol development, data acquisition management, and review.  
 
Minimum requirements (State educational and job experience requirements)
 
·        Ph.D. or M.D., post-doctorial training.
·        Deep expertise in Neuroscience, Electrophysiology, extensive publication in top journals.
·        Expertise in human EEG/ERP recording methods, data analysis, and strong scientific background in cognitive neuroscience required. 
·        Experience in running a lab is a plus.
·        Background should include management experience of multiple laboratory groups, interaction with scientific counterparts, superior personal and speaking skills necessary; publication record, presentation at meetings, and references for candidates obtaining their graduate degree within the last 5 years.
