Qiushi Chair Professor
We seek scholars with outstanding, globally recognized achievements, including recipients of prestigious honors such as the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal, or equivalent international awards. Qualified candidates may also include members of leading national academies (e.g., National Academy of Sciences, Royal Society) or scholars of comparable distinction.
Qiushi Distinguished Scholar
Positions include Qiushi Distinguished Professor, Qiushi Distinguished Professor for Teaching, Qiushi Distinguished Clinician, Qiushi Distinguished Engineer, Qiushi Distinguished Scholar for Think Tanks, etc. Qualified applicants must hold a full professorship (or equivalent title) at a prominent university. (Note: For the Qiushi Distinguished Clinician position, applicants should concurrently hold both professor and chief physician titles.) Candidates must demonstrate internationally recognized achievements in their field, capacity to drive the discipline toward or sustain global leadership, and distinguished organizational leadership abilities.
Tenured Full Professor /Tenured Associate Professor
Applicants must hold tenured positions at globally recognized institutions. Specific qualifications vary by rank. For tenured full professor positions, candidates should demonstrate internationally distinguished record of scholarship, excellence in teaching, research, and talent development, and achievements commensurate with full professorships at world-class universities. For tenured associate professor positions, candidates should demonstrate exceptional accomplishments with significant academic impact, outstanding performance in teaching, research, and talent cultivation, and qualifications equivalent to associate professorships at leading global institutions.
ZJU 100 Young Professor
Applicants must hold a doctorate from a world-renowned university and a current position ranging from postdoc to associate professor levels at a globally leading institution. Additionally, applicants should rank among the most accomplished scholars at a similar age in their field, demonstrate capacity to independently establish and develop a research program, and show clear potential to emerge as an academic leader in their discipline. It is expected that candidates should be under 35 years old (for candidates specialized in humanities and social sciences, under 40 years old).
Research Fellow
Applicants should be under the age of 38 with a recently earned doctorate, demonstrate excellent personal integrity and academic performance, exhibit strong potential for scholarly growth and global perspective, and be available for full-time employment at Zhejiang University.
Postdoctoral Researcher
