On the afternoon of September 25, a delegation from Oxford University's Global Development and Prospective Institute visited the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science at Zhejiang University. The delegation included Dr. Lana Delerue (Program Director), Dr. Jason Lu (Liaison Director), and Ms. Evie Brown (Academic Promotion Director). They were received by Professor Zigui Wu (Party Secretary of the Department), Professor Hui Chen (Department Head), and Researcher Liyu Cao.

At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Zigui Wu extended a warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of the Department and recalled the existing collaborative foundation between both parties. Subsequently, Researcher Liyu Cao provided a detailed introduction to the Department's educational history, disciplinary characteristics, and development plans, with particular emphasis on the important role of international exchanges and cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research. The Oxford delegation systematically introduced the organizational structure, key projects, and international cooperation platforms of the Global Development and Prospective Institute. Professor Hui Chen proposed ideas and suggestions regarding student exchange programs, long-term and short-term visiting studies, and research collaboration, leading to multiple consensus points between both sides. The meeting proceeded in a warm and fully engaged atmosphere, laying a solid foundation for subsequent substantive cooperation.
