On the afternoon of June 27, a delegation from the University of Munich's Department of Psychology in Germany visited the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science at Zhejiang University. The delegation included Professor Markus Bühner (Head of the Psychometrics Department), Professor Thomas Schenk (Head of the Clinical Neuropsychology Department), and Professor Zhuanghua Shi. They were welcomed by Professor Hui Chen (Deputy Head of Zhejiang University's Department of Psychology) and Associate Professor Yuzheng Hu (Assistant Head of the Department).

Professor Hui Chen extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the University of Munich. He provided a brief overview of the educational history, disciplinary strengths, and future development prospects of Zhejiang University's Department of Psychology, while also offering a detailed update on the progress of existing collaborative projects between the two institutions. He emphasized the critical role of international exchanges and cooperation in advancing disciplinary development and their positive impact on the growth of young students.

The delegation from the University of Munich also provided a comprehensive introduction to their Department of Psychology, covering aspects such as departmental development, curriculum design, and summer school programs. They expressed strong interest in deepening collaboration with Zhejiang University's Department of Psychology.

Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on future collaborative directions and reached consensus on initiatives such as elite talent cultivation and integrated bachelor's-to-Ph.D. programs.

The delegation also toured the laboratories during their visit.
