From June 4th to 5th, Chan Ka Shing, Head of the Department of Psychology at The Education University of Hong Kong, led a delegation on a visit to the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science at Zhejiang University. The delegation was received by Weiqing Ying, Party Secretary of the department; Guibing He, Head of the department; Hui Chen, Deputy Head of the department; Yuzheng Hu, Assistant Head of the department; and  Jie He, Member of the Party Committee.

    On the afternoon of June 4th, the delegation from the Department of Psychology at The Education University of Hong Kong visited the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science. They toured the department's building, the Department History Gallery, and various laboratories, followed by a collaborative exchange meeting.

    Department Party Secretary Weiqing Ying  extended a welcome to the visiting delegation from The Education University of Hong Kong and introduced the history and culture of our department to the visiting group from its Department of Psychology. Deputy Department Head Hui Chen presented the development philosophy and progress in disciplinary construction, scientific research, and talent team building in recent years at Zhejiang University's Department of Psychology. He expressed his anticipation for advancing cooperation with The Education University of Hong Kong's Department of Psychology in scientific research, talent cultivation and recruitment, and education.

    Chan Ka Shing, Head of the Department of Psychology at The Education University of Hong Kong, provided an introduction to the relevant situation of his department. He expressed the hope that by enhancing exchanges between the two sides, cooperation in various aspects could be further facilitated.

    Department Head Guibing He expressed expectations regarding the potential for future collaboration between the two parties. Both sides exchanged commemorative gifts and took a group photo.

    On June 5th, the two sides jointly held an academic report session between Zhejiang University's Department of Psychology and Behavioral Science and The Education University of Hong Kong's Department of Psychology. Eleven excellent thematic reports were delivered. Participants in the academic report session included Professor Edward Melhuish, Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and Professor at the University of Oxford, and Professor Hui Chen, Deputy Head of the Department of Psychology. The atmosphere was lively, and discussions were enthusiastic.
